Welcome to m.BODY, a beautiful new yoga and massage studio located on the edge of San Luis Obispo’s city center. We have created the first green yoga space on the Central Coast, creatively combining re-used, re-cycled, natural or sustainable building materials in a unique space with an indoor/outdoor meditation garden.

The yoga room features sustainable floating cork floors, abundant natural light and soft, energy-efficient indirect lighting in a spacious studio that opens out onto our private garden patio through an operable, north-facing glass wall that literally brings the outdoors in. The garden is planted with mostly native, water-efficient plants that provide a fresh source of oxygen and a cooling buffer during hot summer days, and lit with solar electric lights at night.

In our Reception Area, there is a small retail boutique featuring eco-yoga products exclusively from Manduka, and an organic tea bar, with teas by donation. The Restroom/Change Area includes a glass enclosed shower equipped with an instantaneous water heater.  And the design of our Massage Studio utilizes soft, indirect lighting, warm finishes and fabrics, and a state-of-the-art massage table that includes  an amethyst crystal, EMF-shielded, infrared heating pad, which provides negative ions and helps the body detoxify.
