All of our regular class teachers are professionally certified, and have over 50 years of combined teaching experience. Each instructor has been specifically chosen for their expertise and their desire to be at m.BODY. We feel blessed to have such talent and commitment at our studio. We also offer a Yoga Teacher Training and Advanced Studies Program once a year with some of the most distinguished faculty from around the country in allied fields, including Ayurveda, Vedic Astrology, Indian Mythology, Physical and Yoga Anatomy, Sanskrit and the Yoga Sutras.
