Peter Sterios A co-founder of m.BODY and Director of our Teacher Training Program, Peter’s teaching reflects over 3 decades of study and practice in the US and India. Peter’s articles have appeared in Yoga Journal since 1991 and is a former contributing editor. He teaches workshops and retreats nationally and internationally. He also founded Manduka, a leading eco-yoga products company, in 1997. Karesa Bullock
In her approach to yoga, Karesa draws on her experience as a dancer and a martial artist. Karesa has been practicing yoga since 1999. She began teaching yoga at Sky Hill Institute, while studying massage, and she continues to teach both group and private classes. Her studies have continued under the guidance of Peter Sterios and other senior teachers. In addition, Karesa is the founder of m.BODY Massage, where she offers her vast experience in therapeutic massage and the therapeutic application of essential oils. Hannah Obermeier-Smith
Teaches yoga for people who love to move. Her practice is deeply rooted in Anusara yoga, and incorporates elements from her extensive background as a bodyworker and modern dancer. She has completed a 200 hour yoga teacher training, and a yin yoga teacher training with Sarah Powers. Hannah has taught yoga throughout California, including Mount Madonna Center, where she practiced karma yoga for seven months. Her classes are fun and challenging, and help to cultivate freedom in body and life. |

Patrick Paine L.Ac., MTCM
Patrick has been practicing Ba Gua Zhang for 10 years. He began his formal study of medical qigong at Five Branches University in 2001. Ba Gua, along with Tai Chi and Xing Yi are the 3 main systems of martial art in China that include Nei Gong. Nei Gong is the inner teachings of these martial arts that include various meditations for wellness and healing. Patrick was first drawn to mind-body practices 17 years ago as a form of rehabilitation from a life threatening disease. Following that event he travelled the world studying various systems and teachers in far away places like Nepal, India, and China. He graduated with his masters in traditional Chinese medicine in 2003 and has been in practice for 6 years. |

Daughter of the founders of m.BODY, Athena is a unique yoga teacher who brings her passion for play and infinite curiosity to all of those in her presence. Her teaching style is very approachable and accessible, unless she’s grumpy and then she helps those who forgot what it’s like being a 2 year old. |
