CANCELLATION AND RETURN POLICY
Regular Classes
All regular classes are on a drop-in basis and therefore, once a class begins, there are no cancellations. Classes Passes are non-transferable and have no expiration date. In the event Class Passes are lost or stolen, there will be no refunds or credits. We are happy to store your Class Pass at the Reception Desk for safe keeping.
Special Classes
All special classes are on a drop-in basis and therefore, once a class begins, there are no cancellations. Classes Passes may be used for Special Classes with the difference in price made up with either cash or check. There will be no refunds or credits.
Workshops
With 24 hours notice prior to the beginning of a Series or Workshop, cancellations may be credited toward another Series, Workshop or Class Pass. With less than 24 hours notice, cancellations are non-refundable. There are no refunds or make-ups.
Yoga Teacher Training & Advanced Studies Program
Total Program:
Cancellation of Student Agreement (before January 1, 2011) – Students will receive a full refund of the deposit, less a $75 registration fee if we receive a written Notice of Cancellation before January 1, 2011. The refund for a Notice of Cancellation will be made within 30 days from receipt of the written notice.
Withdrawal or Dismissal (after January 1, 2011) - If you withdraw or are dismissed from the program once the Program has begun, you are entitled to a partial refund – A) If termination occurs between January 1, 2011 and March 31 2011, students are entitled to a 50% refund of the tuition paid for uncompleted classes; B) If termination occurs between April 1, 2011 and the completion of the Program, there will be no refunds.
Refunds - Payments for refunds will be made within 30 days from receipt of the written Notice of Withdrawal, or within 30 business days after the effective date of dismissal from the program. If you withdraw or are dismissed from the program after March 31, 2011 you’re obligated to pay full tuition for the entire program.
Individual Modules:
Refunds – In the event of cancellation within 1 week of the scheduled class, there will be a full refund less a $75 administration fee. With less than 1 week notice, there will be no refund.

Retail Purchases (In-Store and Online)
You may return any new, unopened items purchased in-store at m.BODY within 10 days of your receipt for a full refund. Items must be returned in their original product packaging. For online purchases at manduka.com through our website, please refer to Manduka’s return policies. We cannot accept Manduka returns at m.BODY.
