Workshop Classes

Intro to Yoga is an evening class, once a week for three weeks, designed for students with no previous yoga experience or those needing a basic refresher course.

Yoga Mentoring is a Saturday afternoon 3 hour class offered as a 3 class series with a senior certified teacher, which focuses on a specific topic (ie therapeutics, breathing, meditation, working with props) or set of yoga poses (ie backbends, forward bends, arm balances, inversions), and is designed for those who want to take their practice deeper.
