Yoga For Stiff Guys is a 2 hour class offered 2-3 times per year for guys of any age with tight muscles and joints to help them begin a regular yoga practice. Instruction is given in a slow, safe way to initiate the “thaw” in long-held or habitual resistance in the body, both physically and psychologically.
