Intro to Yoga is an evening class, once a week for three weeks, offered every month and designed for students with no previous yoga experience or those needing a basic refresher course

Yoga Basics is a Saturday afternoon 3 hour class offered once every quarter which focuses on a specific topic (ie therapeutics, breathing, meditation, working with props) or set of yoga poses (ie backbends, forward bends, arm balances, inversions) for those who want to take their practice deeper.
